~Blueberry Anti-Oxidant Powerhouse Smoothie~
I love my morning blueberry smoothie, so much that it is common to hear me declare "I LOVE MY SMOOTHIE" after finishing it every day, which I have for about three years now.
Ingredients:
1 c. Frozen Blueberries
2 'Oh Soy' Raspberry Yogurts (frozen)
1 Heaping Tablespoon of Flaxmeal
1 Heaping Tablespoon of Chia Seed
1c. Soy or Almond Milk- Vanilla Flavored
Directions:
Microwave the frozen yogurt for 50 seconds on high (after you take off the aluminum cover).
Put the blueberries, flaxmeal, and chia into a blender. Add the milk. Now add the two yogurts. Blend. You may need to use a spoon to help the blender along to stir the mixture. Sometimes I also add Gogi Berries as a topping...freeze dried.
