Altered Pots Find New Home

In April I posted about a project involving soft altering with faceting. Well, I finally finished the project and here is the result:

What do you think? I made a set of four each; mugs, bowls, and plates. They are now living in their new home- nearby- in Gallupville.

The glaze is called Ken's Blue. Sadly, I had difficulty recreating it...perhaps the minerals batch was not consistent, not sure. The carmel color is a Kings Creek Pottery original ~ I call it "Oatmeal". All fired to cone 10 in an electric kiln....still dreaming of a gas kiln!
